Job summary

Comcast seeks a senior professional to manage strategic direction and oversee build/deploy of functional systems and technology initiatives. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, lead requirement analysis, and ensure projects align with organizational strategies to enhance employee experiences.

You will drive analysis, mentor teams, and oversee delivery of system designs and implementations, ensuring clear deliverables and continuous improvements across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Managing relationships with business stakeholders to define product and technical requirements for system initiatives
• Leading analysis efforts to determine comprehensive business requirements
• Developing team members through strategic plans, recommended learning paths, and mentorship
• Overseeing the provision and review of business requirements and designs for system implementations
• Orchestrating build, test, and deployment activities for functional platforms
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding and agreement on project deliverables
• Monitoring and communicating changes to agreed deliverables, escalating as necessary
• Recommending and executing functional platform enhancements in conjunction with stakeholders
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Regular attendance; must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
