The role emphasizes managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring timely delivery, and mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Managing relationships with business stakeholders to define product and technical requirements.
• Leading analysis efforts to determine comprehensive business requirements.
• Developing team members through strategic plans, recommended learning paths, and mentorship.
• Overseeing the provision and review of business requirements and designs for system implementations.
• Orchestrating build, test, and deployment activities for functional platforms.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding and agreement on project deliverables.
• Monitoring and communicating changes to agreed deliverables, escalating as necessary.
• Recommending and executing functional platform enhancements in conjunction with stakeholders.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance; nights/weekends as needed.
