Job summary

Comcast is seeking a strategic change leader to define and deploy Best-in-Class operational solutions across Sales, Marketing, and ordering services. You will standardize processes, establish success metrics, and drive scalable improvements through cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with HR to plan change management and training, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and empowering teams to adopt new processes and technologies.

Qualifications

• Executive presence and leadership skills for cross-functional initiatives.

• Experience building business cases and managing change.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for defining future state 'Best-in-Class' solutions and ensuring the successful deployment for all operational components of strategic systems.
• Focus areas include Sales, Marketing and ordering service; reduce variation to gain efficiencies.
• Create clearly defined success metrics and track their progress across initiatives.
• Apply a methodical, collaborative approach: measure, define, gap analysis, standardize, repeat for improvement.
• Develop repeatable plans to speed time to market and improve operations.
• Coordinate with matrixed cross-functional teams to align and deliver solutions.
• Foster empowerment, inclusion and objective decision-making while delivering organization-wide benefits.
• Partner with HR on change management, communication and training needs.
• Own commitments within the organization and dependencies across the department.
• Exercise independent judgment with significant impact; maintain punctual attendance and adaptability with schedules.
