Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an HR Service Delivery & Moveworks Lead to oversee HRSD and Moveworks across North America. You will work within the Center of Excellence to support complex implementations, manage escalations, and build reusable solutions while dedicating 60% of time to billable delivery.

You will own roadmaps, drive architecture for RFPs, and contribute to accelerator catalogs and training programs with the Academy.

Formación

• Current CIS-HR certification or equivalent demonstrable depth in HRSD implementation.
• Hands-on experience integrating or administering Moveworks, or a comparable enterprise search or agentic-assist platform, alongside ServiceNow.
• Strong case-management, HR process design, and client-facing consulting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide architecture-level support for complex HRSD implementations, including multi-department case management and Moveworks integrations.
• Triage and resolve P1/P2 HRSD and Moveworks escalations within SLAs.
• Own the HRSD and Moveworks roadmap and lead solution architecture for complex RFPs.
• Build and maintain the HRSD accelerator catalog with GDN support for reusable solutions.
• Partner with the Academy to deliver HRSD/Moveworks upskilling cohorts for delivery associates.
