Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an HR Service Delivery & Moveworks Lead to drive HRSD and Moveworks capabilities across North America. You will balance billable delivery with Center of Excellence responsibilities, shaping roadmaps, and delivering scalable solutions.

Key focus areas include architecture-level support, implementing reusable accelerators, and upskilling delivery teams through Academy partnerships. Remote work flexibility is offered.

Formación

• Current CIS-HR certification or equivalent demonstrable depth in HRSD implementation.
• Hands-on experience integrating or administering Moveworks, or a comparable enterprise search or agentic-assist platform, alongside ServiceNow.
• Strong case-management, HR process design, and client-facing consulting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide architecture-level support for complex HRSD implementations across multi-department case management and integrations.
• Partner with delivery teams to triage and resolve P1/P2 HRSD and Moveworks escalations within SLAs.
• Own the HRSD and Moveworks roadmap; lead solution architecture for complex RFPs and establish delivery standards.
• Build and maintain the HRSD accelerator catalog with GDN support and reusable solutions across accounts.
• Partner with the Academy to deliver HRSD and Moveworks upskilling cohorts for delivery associates.
