Job summary

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an HR Service Delivery & Moveworks Lead to drive HRSD and Moveworks initiatives across North America. You will balance billable delivery with CoE responsibilities, shaping roadmaps, and building reusable solutions.

Remote work is supported, with a focus on high-impact client engagements. The role requires CIS-HR depth, Moveworks/ServiceNow expertise, and strong client-facing consulting capabilities.

Qualifications

• CIS-HR certification or equivalent depth in HRSD implementation.
• Hands-on experience integrating or administering Moveworks, or a comparable enterprise search or agentic-assist platform, alongside ServiceNow.
• Strong case-management, HR process design, and client-facing consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture-level support for complex HRSD implementations.
• Triage and resolve priority HRSD and Moveworks escalations (P1/P2) within SLAs.
• Own the HRSD and Moveworks roadmap; lead solution architecture for RFPs and establish delivery standards.
• Build and maintain the HRSD accelerator catalog with GDN support, enabling reusable solutions.
