Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in the United States. You will close sales within a defined territory and participate in award-winning training, selling HR solutions to both new and existing clients to improve their benefits offerings across the hire-to-retire spectrum.

You will cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, and manage multiple sales processes from lead to implementation, with rewarding compensation,

Qualifications

• Three years of B2B sales experience or equivalent is preferred.
• Military experience with teamwork and negotiation skills is a plus.
• College degree is great but not required.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Attend ADP training and sell HR solutions to new and existing clients.
• Cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, and set appointments.
• Document sales processes through stages and follow through implementation.
