Job summary

Delan Associates, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks an HRIT Analyst (Level II) to provide operational and technical support for HR technology platforms (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors), ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and effective reporting.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors on system operations, testing, data validation, and process improvements, while supporting projects and generating standard and ad hoc reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS, HR, Business or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR systems support experience.
• Experience with SAP or SuccessFactors preferred.
• Basic experience with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Exposure to system testing, data validation, and process documentation.
• Familiarity with data structures and basic SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR master data integrity and confidentiality.
• Perform data audits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with HR, IT and vendors for system operations.
• Assist with requirements, testing, and implementation.
• Analyze processes and recommend system/workflow improvements.
• Support testing (UAT/regression) for upgrades.
• Provide basic configuration support for HR modules.
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports.
• Maintain HR dashboards and analytics.
• Monitor integrations and resolve errors.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems.
