Responsibilities

• Provide HRIS administration, data management, and reporting support.
• Lead transition from Ellucian Colleague to Workday including planning and testing.
• Maintain data accuracy, governance, and regulatory reporting support.
• Develop HR reports, analytics, and process improvements.
• Coordinate data submissions for institutional and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Institutional Research, vendors, and campus partners.
• Create and maintain process documentation and training materials.
