Job summary

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania – Elizabethtown Campus is hiring a HRIS to manage Workday security, integrations, reporting, and system support. The role emphasizes developing and maintaining Workday solutions, including EIBs, APIs, and dashboards.

You will ensure governance and provide technical support across enterprise applications. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of Workday experience, a related degree, and a focus on automation and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or IS preferred.
• Two to five years of technical Workday experience including security, integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Workday reports, calculated fields, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, and data integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday security, integrations, reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, and file-based integrations.
• Monitor system and integration performance; resolve production issues and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure security, confidentiality, change management, and governance practices are followed.
• Provide technical support for Workday issues and participate in release reviews, testing, and implementations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, reporting, and system enhancements.
• Support projects involving enterprise applications and related technologies; act as a technical resource.
