Job summary

Keolis Commuter Services in Boston, MA seeks an experienced HRIS/HCM leader to manage UKG Pro and related HR technology. You will drive governance, data integrity, reporting, and continuous improvement across HR operations.

The role requires 5+ years in HRIS/HCM with 3+ years in system administration or implementation, plus strong stakeholder management and cross-functional project delivery in complex organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HRIS/HCM experience, with at least 3 years in a system administration or implementation role.
• Proven success managing cross-functional HR technology projects from design to delivery.
• Expertise in HCM platforms (preferably UKG Pro and WFM).
• Experience in complex organization matrix environments.
• Experience developing and executing employee communications to support technology improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across levels.
• Proven success in change management and continual improvement and operational effectiveness.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in HR, HR Management or Technology; experience with HR tools program management; M&A integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate complex technical information to HR leaders and business partners.
• Provide regular project updates, issue logs, and status reports to leadership.
• Build partnerships across HR COEs to translate needs into system solutions.
• Coach HRIS team members on processes, data best practices, and troubleshooting.
• Act as trusted advisor and escalation point for system or data inquiries.
• Support HRIS Team with Tier escalations.
• Oversee configuration, administration, and maintenance of the HCM platform and related tools.
• Partner with IT to ensure stable integrations, security, and data flow.
• Maintain organizational structures, positions, and pay rules in the system.
• Establish governance processes and documentation standards for testing and migrations.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Prepare HCM for open enrollment, performance processes, compensation reviews, and changes.
• Process UKG Core HR data entries for locations without an HR Manager.
• Lead HRIS upgrades and maintenance with internal/external partners.
