Job summary

EduCare Foundation seeks an HRIS and Technology Operations Specialist to maintain employee data, administer HR systems, and support technology operations across the organization. The role combines HR data integrity with hands‑on tech support in a hybrid setting based in Van Nuys, CA.

You will manage Paylocity HRIS, generate workforce reports, ensure data accuracy, maintain equipment inventories, and collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and Program Operations to improve processes and the employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, data reporting, or tech support.
• Experience using Paylocity or another HRIS.
• Experience maintaining confidential records and producing reports.

Responsibilities

• Process HR actions in Paylocity (hires, transfers, promotions, terminations).
• Maintain accurate employee, department, location, and reporting data.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards.
• Maintain equipment inventories and track technology assets.
• Provide basic system and password troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
