Job summary

National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, seeks a Manager, HRIS & Talent Systems to own and optimize HRIS and talent management platforms. You will ensure data integrity, governance, and an exceptional employee experience while partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition.

This role leads ATS implementations (Lever or successors), develops dashboards, and supports workforce planning, compliance, and IPO readiness initiatives to help the organization scale across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS administration, HR operations, or a related field.
• Experience administering enterprise HRIS platforms, preferably ADP Workforce Now or similar systems.
• Experience supporting HR data management, reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience leading HR technology implementations, system upgrades, or optimization projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for HRIS and talent management systems.
• Manage day-to-day HRIS operations, security, workflows, and issue resolution.
• Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and governance documentation.
• Lead ATS implementation, configuration, and candidate workflow management.
• Develop HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Drive system optimizations, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and data privacy requirements.
• Provide system training and user support to HR and business partners.
