Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior HR Technology and People Operations leader to own the technology roadmap across HRIS, ATS, performance, learning, compensation, and analytics. You will partner with IT and executives to optimize AI-powered HR solutions, drive automation, governance, and scalable programs that enhance employee experiences and workforce planning.

Qualifications

8–12+ years of progressive HR/People experience supporting senior leaders.
Experience leading or administering HR technology platforms (HRIS, ATS, PM, engagement, compensation or learning).
Proven success implementing or optimizing HR systems, workflows, or automations.
Strong analytics and reporting skills using People data to guide decisions.
Knowledge of federal/state/local employment laws and HR compliance.
Experience handling employee relations with sound judgment and empathy.
Excellent project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment and partner across IT, Finance, Legal.

Responsibilities

Own the People technology roadmap including HRIS, ATS, performance, engagement, learning, and compensation.
Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-powered HR solutions and automation.
Administer People systems ensuring data quality, reporting accuracy, security, governance, scalability.
Develop executive dashboards and analytics for hiring, retention, engagement, DEI, and planning.
Partner with IT on integrations, security, compliance, and employee tech experiences.
Manage HR tech vendors, implementations, and renewals.
Own People policies, SOPs, and knowledge management best practices.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations; support payroll and benefits as needed.
Advise leaders on organizational design, performance, and workforce planning.
Lead employee relations matters and support annual talent processes.
Analyze surveys and workforce metrics; coach leaders through change.
Own and improve learning technology; coordinate onboarding and training programs.
Deliver leadership development with SMEs and vendors; curate AI-enabled learning resources.
Measure participation and effectiveness of learning initiatives; collaborate with Internal Communications.
