Job summary

Digi-Key Electronics is seeking a Software Engineer to deliver high-quality, maintainable code for HR-related systems in Thief River Falls, MN or Bloomington, MN. The role is hybrid with in-office Mondays and Wednesdays, and involves C#, React, .NET, Workday integrations, and Power Platform tooling to support HR processes.

You will collaborate with the HRIS team, contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, and build scalable, secure software from front-end UI to back-end data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, VS, Azure DevOps, React and .NET technologies.
• Experience with Workday integrations and Power Platform tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and code software solutions and process improvements across a wide range of technologies.
• Build durable, maintainable software that meets business needs for HR systems.
• Collaborate with HRIS team on integrations, upgrades, and enhancements.
