Job summary

DigiKey Electronics is seeking an experienced BI Architect in Wisconsin to design and develop BI solutions delivering accurate reporting and actionable analytics. You will collaborate on data structures to support BI initiatives and create intuitive interfaces to maximize usability.

The role requires 8+ years in IT, a Bachelor’s degree, and proven experience presenting BI solutions to leadership. You will mentor teammates and lead by example in a fast-growing environment.

Required Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, IT, or related field (or relevant experience in lieu of degree). 8+ years of experience in IT or related field. Experience presenting BI solutions to leadership teams. Administration of BI-related software and hardware. Proven ability to design and implement BI platforms from the ground up. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with business needs. Tools/Systems/Software

Documented experience with BI technologies such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, SAS, Sigma, or similar platforms.

Physical Requirements

Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen. Generally, spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head, and other parts of your body.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is: $110,000 to $155,000. Many factors influence the determination of base pay within a range, including the candidate’s work experience in related roles; the candidate’s knowledge, skills, capabilities, and performance; the relative pay of other DigiKey employees in similar roles; and the budget available for the position.
