The role involves requirements gathering, process improvement, system testing, reporting, and end-user support, with exposure to UKG Pro/UltiPro, PowerBI, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing enterprise HR suites, with UKG Pro/UltiPro highly preferred.
• U.S. citizen or permanent resident; able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Gather and map business requirements; translate into functional specs and process maps.
• Evaluate HR, Payroll, and Training workflows; implement configuration changes.
• Coordinate HRMS upgrades, patches, and integrations; document test scripts and results.
• Design and maintain complex queries and dashboards; run data audits to ensure integrity.
• Provide user support and training; create SOPs for system usage.
