Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in leading business systems and process changes in manufacturing applications.
• Understanding of PLC, Control Systems, Robotics and machine interfaces.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing applications that include ERP, Time Tracking, QMS, Resource Management, Project and Portfolio Management.
• Strong understanding of integration touch points between ERP and MES.
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
• Strong experience with enterprise manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Process Architecture & Optimization: Drive strategic design and continuous improvement of operational business processes.
• Strategic Projects Leadership: Lead large-scale production initiatives and technical implementations.
• Production Support: Provide support for production and related departments, including researching and resolving operational problems.
• System Maintenance: Assist in the review, testing and implementation of application upgrades or patches.
• Administration/Reports/Queries: Handle basic operational configuration and administrative functions and develop standard reports.
• Training: Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation and train clients on new processes.
• Individual Development: Stay updated on trends in operations and apply new technologies.
