Job summary

Addison Group in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking an HRIS Specialist to support employee data management across Workday and ADP, ensuring accurate records and smooth HR transactions. You will coordinate personnel changes, assist with leaves, run data audits, and educate managers on proper processes while protecting confidential information.

This full-time, on-site temporary assignment is 6–12 months with potential extension; schedule is 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, and compensation up to $30

Qualifications

• At least three years of HR administration/HRIS experience.
• Direct Workday processing and ADP data administration.
• Strong Excel skills and handling confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile employee data in Workday and ADP.
• Process lifecycle transactions including job updates and leaves.
• Review Workday workflow requests and update ADP accordingly.
• Educate employees and managers on submitting changes in Workday.
• Audit employee information for accuracy and compliance.
