Motion is seeking a Specialist, HR Admin to join its Global Industrial HR Operations team on-site in Birmingham, AL. You will deliver responsive HR support to employees, managers, and HR partners, handling Workday transactions and ServiceNow requests with confidentiality and accuracy.

You will process onboarding, employee changes, income verification, and records maintenance in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across HR functions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR administration or shared services experience.
• Experience handling HR transactions and payroll-related inputs.
• Strong communication and confidential data handling.
• Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and follow privacy, security, and records requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frontline HR operations support for NA employees via multiple channels.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions in Workday and related systems.
• Support pre-employment and onboarding activities and verifications.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Collaborate with HR partners and other teams to resolve requests.
