S&T Bank seeks an HRIS Administrator I to maintain and support the HRIS, primarily Workday, across multiple locations in PA. The role focuses on data integrity, reporting, and system configuration to support HR processes.

Applicants should hold a four-year degree in business or HR, with 2–5 years HRIS experience; Workday HRIS preferred. This is a full-time hybrid role, with standard hours and additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business or HR-related field is required.
• Two to five years general HRIS experience with two to five years specialized HRIS experience; Workday HRIS preferred.
• Physical demands include keyboard use and vision requirements as part of HRIS work.

Responsabilités

• Provides ongoing HRIS support across the organization, including data integrity, testing, and reporting.
• Partners with stakeholders to analyze processes, improve workflows, and maximize HRIS capabilities.
• Acts as technical point-of-contact for HRIS, assisting SMEs with data integrity, testing, reporting, and data-flow analysis.
• Supports HRIS upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects.
• Makes routine decisions per policies and collaborates with management for complex issues.
• Develops and configures business processes; keeps system knowledge current.
• Reviews quarterly updates, tests changes, and communicates with management.
• Provides recommendations and best practices; documents processes and procedures.
• Maintains system documentation; responds to escalations via ticketing and other channels.
• Builds strong partnerships across HR and other departments to translate needs into system functionality.
• Assists with audits and data security controls; supports vendor engagements for system enhancements.
• Delivers diverse system tasks: queries, reports, configuration, testing, prototyping, escalations.
