Job summary

CubeSmart in Malvern, PA is hiring an HRIS Coordinator for a hybrid role (3 days in office). The position supports the HRIS data accuracy, handles data entry, and provides first-level technical assistance to users, collaborating with the HR team and leaders.

Responsibilities include HRIS changes for hires and payroll, data validation, SOP creation, and backing up payroll processing. A 1–2 year background in HRIS/Payroll and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience with HRIS/Payroll systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.
• Demonstrated high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Processes teammate changes within the HRIS including new hires and department changes.
• Maintains quality and integrity of HR data across HRIS and supports data validation, audit, and testing.
• Provides first-level support to system users and troubleshoots basic issues.
• Performs data updates, exports, and imports into HRIS as needed.
• Creates SOPs for routine tasks and back-up payroll processing.
