Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Senior HRIS Administrator to collaborate with HR leadership, evaluate and enhance HR technology, drive process automation, and ensure data accuracy and compliance. The role will independently lead HRIS projects, oversee firmwide reporting, and guide HR users.

This hybrid position requires 60% in-office presence and up to 40% remote work. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years HRIS experience are required; professional services experience is preferred, with strong Excel

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of HRIS experience with progressive responsibilities.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services preferred.
• Benefits data workflow or benefits administration experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of HRIS architecture, configurations, integrations, and data management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
