Job summary

CubeSmart is seeking an HRIS Coordinator in Malvern, PA for a hybrid role (3 days in office). You will support and maintain the HRIS data, provide first‑level technical support, and collaborate with the HR team and leaders to ensure data integrity and efficient processes.

Responsibilities include processing teammate changes, data validation, and assisting with payroll back‑up. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years HRIS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HRIS/Payroll systems experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.
• Demonstrated high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency.
• Excellent customer service and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Processes teammate changes within the HRIS including new hires, supervisor and department changes, and pay rate changes, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
• Maintains quality and integrity of HR data across HRIS and helps with system design, data validation, audit, and testing activities.
• Serves as first level support to system users by providing technical assistance.
• Conducts system analysis to diagnose and resolve level-one technical issues.
• Performs data updates, exports, and imports into HRIS as needed.
• Supports data requests that are routine or low-complexity.
• Creates SOPs for routine tasks and processes.
• Supports as back up to payroll processing.
