Job summary

HOLT Group in San Antonio is seeking an HRIS Associate to maintain the Workforce Management module within our HRIS. You will support employee inquiries, help with HRIS projects to improve data management and workflows, and monitor integrations to ensure accuracy across systems.

This role requires strong Excel skills, HRIS knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects while safeguarding confidential information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HRIS, data management, and confidentiality.
• Experience with payroll/benefits data flow helpful.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain employee information in the HRIS with data integrity.
• Support HR staff and employees with HRIS questions and troubleshooting.
• Assist with HRIS features upgrades, testing, and implementation.
• Monitor integrations between HRIS and other systems.
• Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure accurate data flow.
• Develop user procedures and training documentation.
• Adhere to safety and company policies.
