INEOS Pigments in Columbus, OH is seeking an HRIS Specialist to support HRIS activities across the full employee life cycle. You will liaise with HR, Payroll, and Finance, provide data insights, and manage the TOPdesk portal. You will lead compensation data elements and create comprehensive user guides.

The role requires strong data handling skills, experience with HRIS systems (preferably SAP), and a proactive approach to training and process improvements.

Competenze

• Experience with HRIS systems and data entry, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience handling compensation processes end-to-end, including benchmarking.

Mansioni

• Coordinate HRIS data changes across HR, Payroll and systems.
• Provide data reporting and insights to HR and management using multiple systems.
• Manage the TOPdesk HRIS portal and triage cases, train end-users and allocate work.
• Lead the annual Compensation cycle from an HRIS perspective with market data reviews.
• Create user guides and training materials for system processes.
• Coordinate invoicing with Finance in collaboration with the Head of HR Systems.
• Support the HRIS Project Team as PMO Administrator.
