Job summary

INEOS Pigments is seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to guide staffing, bargaining unit administration, conflict resolution, and compliance across our Ashtabula Complex. You will lead labor relations at Plant 1, track grievances, interpret contracts, and coordinate investigations to support a positive workplace.

Responsibilities include administering HRIS and SAP forms, coordinating leave programs, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, HR or related field required.
• HR Certification from HRCI or SHRM considered a plus.
• Minimum of five years of HR experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads labor relations function at the Ashtabula Plant 1 facility.
• Tracks grievance responses with site management and HRBP.
• Administers contract interpretations and recommends grievance actions.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state/local HR laws and reporting requirements.
• Conducts investigations and supports performance improvement processes.
• Prepares for contract negotiations and supports employee communications.
• Manages HR forms, HRIS updates, and personnel records.
• Oversees leave programs (FMLA, sick/accident) and budget tracking.
• Interacts with all levels of personnel; supports recruitment and onboarding.
• Other duties as assigned.
