INEOS Pigments’ Ashtabula Complex seeks a seasoned Human Resource Generalist to guide staffing, employee relations, and compliance across two plants south of Lake Erie. You will lead recruiting, manage HR forms (SAP), and coordinate benefits and regulatory reporting, partnering with management to drive workforce strategies and ensure a safe, productive manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• A minimum of five (5) years of HR experience in manufacturing with emphasis on recruitment and employee relations.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities or projects simultaneously and progress toward completion.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direction and support to business units in staffing, recruiting, employee relations, conflict resolution, and communication.
• Leads the Plant 2 job posting and recruitment process to align the workforce with the Company and Ashtabula Complex goals.
• Sourcing & screening candidates and maintaining an effective recruiting system.
• Manages HR related forms including SAP,new hire, address changes, pay changes, transfer forms, beneficiaries, and benefits.
• Ensures compliance with EEO, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, and HIPAA; counsels managers on these laws and regulations.
• Monitors performance improvement processes for non-performing employees.
• Interfaces with all levels of personnel and coordinates AAP and records retention.
• Other duties as assigned.
