Qualifications

• HRIS systems and data entry experience, preferably SAP.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis on large datasets.
• Experience managing end-to-end compensation processes and benchmarking.
• Commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive HR data.
• Awareness of data audits and document retention requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HRIS data changes across multiple systems with HR and Payroll.
• Provide reporting and insights to HR and management using Excel.
• Oversee TOPdesk portal, meet KPIs for case resolutions, and train end-users.
• Support annual compensation cycles with market data and HR data elements.
• Create user guides and training materials.
• Coordinate invoicing with Finance and Head of HR Systems.
• Assist the HRIS Project Team as PMO Administrator.
