Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking an HRIS Analyst - Workday in Trenton, New Jersey. Qualifications

• Four or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience with core human resource business processes.
• Ability to maintain confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Recommend process improvements and serve as a liaison with stakeholders.
• Provide support for HCMS and resolve process issues.
• Assist in the testing and implementation of HRMS upgrades.

Skills

HRIS system experience (Workday preferred)

Business intelligence

Cognos reporting

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
