Job summary

Empower AI Inc. is seeking a part-time HR Specialist to handle data entry in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and support HR operations. The role focuses on accurately entering employee records, updates, and transactions, working under HR leadership and collaborating with the HRIS Admin Lead and HR Director.

The position is 25 hours per week with a hybrid work arrangement, requiring reliable in-office presence and remote work capability. Prior UKG experience and strong Excel skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of HR data entry or administrative experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems, particularly UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) or similar platforms is highly preferred.
• Proven strong data entry skills with demonstrated high accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute all data entry functions within UKG based on approvals and direction from HR leadership.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in data entry to ensure system integrity and compliance with labor laws.
• Perform data quality audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist with documentation, employee communications, and training materials for new processes.
