Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Designs, documents, implements, and monitors HR reports to reflect internal requirements.
• Plans, designs, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains HRIS reporting across Workday modules.
• Provides input on features by staying current with Workday updates.
• Ensure accuracy, security, and confidentiality of HR data in reporting.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR and partners to gather reporting requirements.
• Provide technical training to HR staff on HRIS reporting tools.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot reporting issues.
• Stay current with HRIS technology and best practices.
