Enlyte seeks an experienced HRIS professional to lead Workday design, configuration, and delivery. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure system alignment and scalable processes across the organization.

The role requires translating requirements into robust HRIS solutions, building advanced reports, and driving adoption through data-driven insights and governance. This is a US-based, contract/temporary opportunity with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years HRIS experience including Workday administration, configuration and support.
• Strong knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Finance integrations.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable system solutions and process improvements.
• Advanced reporting and data governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of HRIS functionality to meet evolving business needs.
• Serve as a subject matter resource in HRIS platforms, focusing on Workday functionality and best practices.
• Design and deliver advanced reporting capabilities across HR systems to support decision making.
• Analyze complex issues and develop creative, effective solutions across multi-system environments.
• Collaborate with HR COEs and stakeholders to align system capabilities with business priorities.
