Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR/BA/IS with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and work with teams.
• Familiarity with Excel filters, pivot tables, and basic formulas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in the HRIS.
• Assist with data entry, validation, and routine audits of HR records.
• Generate standard HR reports and analyze employee data as requested.
• Support HRIS updates, testing, and implementation of changes.
• Help with onboarding, offboarding, and system access requests.
