Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, healthcare, communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support coverage of vacant territories through approved HCP communications.
• Shadow pharmaceutical sales calls and customer meetings virtually and/or in person.
• Complete at least one field shadow day alongside a pharmaceutical sales representative to gain exposure.
• Gather recurring field questions, customer feedback, and sales objections for resources or training.
• Assist with sales reporting, CRM activities, data gathering and basic analysis.
• Support planning and execution of the Summer Regional Execution Meeting.
• Assist with in-person training programs, materials preparation, attendee coordination, room setup, and follow-up.
• Support development and organization of sales enablement resources.
• Complete a defined capstone project addressing a current Sales or Training business need.
