Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel.
• Ability to make logical and sound decisions and to know when to act independently and when to seek assistance.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze month-end results and summarize values and explanations for significant variances compared to historical actuals and forecast expectations.
• Partner with commercial functions to analyze spend and manage expenses to Budget.
• Update and create financial reporting focusing on automated processes for continued use.
• Contribute to monthly reporting package updates provided to Finance leadership.
• Support financial forecast and prioritization processes.
• Partner with Accounts Payable and Accounting team to support in weekly or monthly tasks following controls and standard operating procedures.
• Ad-hoc finance and accounting projects.
