Job summary

WEP Clinical is offering a Human Resources Intern role focused on supporting the HR team with data management, reporting, and the rollout of a new HCM system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure accurate employee data migration and documentation.

You will participate in process mapping, training, and end-user feedback, while maintaining confidentiality and contributing to onboarding and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support HR data management, reporting and systemmigrations for a new HCM platform.
• Map existing HR workflows and document processes for configuration and automation.
• Participate in system testing, end-user feedback, and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with policies and laws.
• Assist with onboarding sessions and employee development initiatives.
• Support engagement efforts and internal communications for HR programs.
• Conduct routine audits of HR processes and personnel files for improvements.
• Contribute to office operations and productivity initiatives.
