Job summary

Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) is seeking an HRIS and People Analytics professional to optimize Dayforce and related HR systems (Oracle, UKG). You will maintain data structures, governance, and integrations while supporting audits and UAT.

You will build dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau), analyze headcount, turnover, recruiting, and compensation data, and partner with HR, Finance, IT to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years in HRIS, people analytics, or related analytical role.
• Expert in Excel or other analytical tools.
• Proficient in SQL and working with data sets.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Dayforce preferred; Oracle HCM, UKG or similar).
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Support administration, maintenance, and optimization of Dayforce and other HR systems.
• Maintain data structures, configurations, and workflows aligned with business processes.
• Ensure data integrity through audits, validations, and issue resolution.
• Execute routine data loads, updates, and system maintenance.
• Support HRIS data governance, security roles, and audit compliance.
• Assist in UAT for system updates and enhancements.
• Maintain integrations between Dayforce and other systems.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot data issues.
