Job summary

The position supports payroll backup, handles system troubleshooting basics, and collaborates with leadership and marketing on recognition and reimbursement processes. Excellent data stewardship and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor preferred in HR, business or management.
• SHRM-CP/PHR or payroll credential preferred.
• 3+ years experience in payroll and/or HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide transactional HR support, onboarding, personnel actions, and employee recognition programs.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and process promotions, transfers, and updates with stakeholders.
• Back up Payroll Manager during peak periods and in continuity events, and assist with password resets and basic HRIS troubleshooting.
