Job summary

Planar in Hillsboro, Oregon, is seeking a detail-oriented HRIS/Payroll Administrator to optimize our HRIS and manage payroll with accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will audit data, support onboarding/offboarding, generate HRIS and payroll reports, and collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve system issues while ensuring timely tax reporting. Experience with ADP WorkforceNow is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of payroll experience with multi-state responsibilities.
• Strong HRIS management and data integrity focus.
• CPP certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure HRIS, perform data audits.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Generate HR and payroll reports for management.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and benefits data.
