Job summary

Oneida Innovations Group (OIG) is seeking an experienced HRIS & People Operations Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our HRIS, payroll, benefits, and People Operations functions. This role is the primary owner of ADP Workforce Now, ensuring data integrity, payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, workforce reporting, and lifecycle management.

You will partner with People & Culture, Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, and external vendors to deliver

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HRIS, payroll, or HR operations.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/payroll platforms.
• Leadership/managerial experience (2+ years).
• Experience with HR compliance programs, benefits, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize HRIS, payroll, benefits, and People Operations.
• Own ADP Workforce Now configuration, security, integrations, and data governance.
• Ensure timely payroll processing and regulatory compliance across states.
• Lead audits, SOPs, and training materials for HR systems and processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to improve workflows.
