Job summary

Camco Manufacturing Llc is seeking an HRIS & Payroll Analyst in Greensboro, NC to manage bi-weekly payroll, HRIS data, and Paycom system administration. The role collaborates with HR, Finance, and managers to ensure accurate processing and reporting of payroll and personnel data.

Responsibilities include onboarding, data management, system upgrades, and providing employee support on payroll and HRIS self-service tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/Business/Accounting/Information Systems.
• 1–3 years of payroll and HRIS administration experience preferred.
• Experience with Paycom strongly preferred.
• Experience maintaining employee data and HR records.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.
• Maintain employee records within Paycom and ensure data integrity.
• Onboard new hires and manage HRIS data changes.
• Prepare and distribute HR and payroll reports and analytics.
• Lead Paycom upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, HR policies, and Paycom self-service.
