Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with HRIS administration.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer HRIS platform and related HR technologies.
• Administer onboarding, job changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
• Support compensation, benefits, payroll, and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance across HR processes.
• Collaborate with leaders to improve HR operations and analytics.
