Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an HR Generalist in Georgia to manage HRIS/HRMS data, analyze workforce information, and support compensation, recruitment, and employee development initiatives. You will maintain employee records and generate key HR reports for decision-making.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 5 years of HR experience, and relevant certifications. Strong data skills and knowledge of HR systems are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, public or business administration, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years of professional office experience in a Human Resources environment or related field.
  • Valid State of Georgia Driver's License.
  • Preferred Experience working with human resources information systems technology.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employee Benefits (CEB) or other designated professional certification.

Responsibilities

  • The HR Generalist serves as the subject matter expert for the HRIS and HRMS systems.
  • Collects data and analyzes it to improve HR strategies and processes.
  • Supports compensation analysis with system data related to classification and pay plans.
  • Provides informational support for Recruitment & Retention, Employee Relations, Benefits & Wellness, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.
  • Prepares reports, records, and correspondence and maintains department records.
