Job summary

Dudek is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support Dayforce HCM administration, iCIMS, HR data management, and people-systems support through the Business Operations service model. This full-time role can be performed remotely.

The ideal candidate has strong HRIS knowledge, hands-on Dayforce experience, and a proven ability to build custom reports, manage data integrity, and coordinate with IT, Payroll, and Benefits to improve processes as Dudek adopts new HR technology.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and supporting an enterprise HRIS/HCM platform.
• Direct experience with Dayforce HCM.
• Strong understanding of how HRIS/HCM systems work across HR, payroll, benefits, and talent processes.
• Direct experience with ATS such as iCIMS.
• Experience building and maintaining system reports.
• Advanced Excel skills including data analysis, lookups, and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• System Administration and Support for Dayforce modules (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, Self-Service, Learning, Security, Org Setup, Reporting).
• Resolve HRIS and ATS tickets in Freshservice; escalate complex issues to HRIS Manager as needed.
• Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and propose fixes.
• Run data imports and audits; coordinate data accuracy with team.
• Support iCIMS operations and its connections to Dayforce.
