Job summary

Pandora NAM is seeking a Manager, HRIS to lead the day-to-day operations of HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors and UKG UltiPro for Pandora North America. You will drive data integrity, reporting, and system improvements in partnership with Global People Technology.

This role requires strong leadership, extensive HRIS experience, and a track record of delivering data-driven insights. The position is based in New York and offers a comprehensive rewards package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline preferred.
• 8+ years’ experience in HRIS administration and configuration with 4+ years of people management preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
• Experience with payroll systems preferably UKG/UltiPro and Workforce Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees day-to-day HRIS operations for Pandora North America.
• Mentors team members, sets priorities, and builds capabilities.
• Ensures data integrity and governance across SuccessFactors and UltiPro.
• Generates reports and dashboards using Cognos Analytics, SuccessFactors reporting and MS Excel.
• Partners with Global People Technology and improves HR data processes.
