Pandora, the world’s largest jewellery brand, is seeking a Payroll Specialist for Pandora Americas Shared Services in New York. You will administer end-to-end payroll across multi-state entities, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Collaborating with HR, Finance and Benefits, you will maintain data integrity in UKG Dayforce SAP SuccessFactors, process garnishments, and support audits.

Required: 3–5+ years in high-volume payroll, a Bachelor's degree; CPP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of high-volume, multi-state payroll experience in retail or hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree required; CPP designation is a plus.
• Experience with UKG, SuccessFactors and Dayforce is required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Pandora Americas Shared Service payroll process as SME for NAM.
• Execute end-to-end payroll with accuracy and deadline-driven timeliness.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, and Benefits to ensure compliant processes.
• Maintain payroll data integrity and handle garnishments.
• Process multi-state payrolls for 10,000+ employees using Dayforce and UKG.
• Assist with audits and respond to payroll inquiries.
• Participate in system testing, upgrades, and process improvements.
