Pandora A/S is seeking a Payroll Specialist for the Pandora Americas Shared Services model to manage end-to-end payroll for NAM with 10,000+ retail employees using Dayforce and UKG. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across multi-state payrolls and partner with HR, Finance, and Benefits. Experience in high-volume payroll is essential.

Qualifications

• 8-10 yrs high-volume payroll experience.
• Experience with UKG (Ultimate Software), SuccessFactors and Dayforce
• Experience with processing payroll adjustments and W2Cs in UKG
• Strong understanding of appropriate tax jurisdiction based on work and resident state
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including large data sets and reconciliations

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for NAM for 10,000+ retail employees.
• Audit payroll data, calculate exception items, garnishments, and timekeeping.
• Coordinate payroll-related activities with Human Resources, Finance, and Benefits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws, including FLSA/overtime.
• Respond to payroll discrepancies and tax inquiries.
