Job summary

Domino's Corporate in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Manager, HRIS to drive HR technology strategy and manage a team responsible for configuring, deploying, and supporting our legacy HCM while guiding the transition to a modern HCM over the next 3–5 years.

The role partners with HR, IT, Finance, and Operations to advance the digital HR experience, overseeing system changes, integrations, and data governance to support a compliant and efficient HR ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years' experience with Enterprise HCM (Workday, UKG Pro HR, PeopleSoft). PeopleSoft experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency writing native SQL.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 7-10 years' experience in a MIS/leadership role with people leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS team and manage performance, goals, and professional development.
• Oversee system administration for HR systems including PeopleSoft HR, Time & Labor, Payroll, Benefits, and self-service modules.
• Partner with IT for system changes, upgrades, and new implementations; own change control processes.
• Ensure data governance, interface integrity, and compliant controls across HR systems.
