Job summary

Domino’s Pizza in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Project Manager to lead moderately complex initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams, translate requirements into actionable tasks, and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in technical delivery or PM roles and a Bachelor’s degree. You will mentor junior staff, report to stakeholders, and help optimize project processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical delivery or project management roles.
• Experience solving moderately complex problems within a technical or organizational context.
• Demonstrated experience working independently and providing guidance to junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee technical delivery projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze and resolve moderately complex problems using functional expertise and organizational knowledge.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior employees to support their development and project contributions.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to facilitate effective communication and project progress.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and update documentation accordingly.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable tasks and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve delivery issues.
